Well hi, Here is my guide worked for me hope it does for you enjoy I know that Iceman has now released ready mir files. but this might help few people


Step 1: First thing is get server files. located ***************************/LoM2/M2.rar (Thanks to Xander for Hosting)

Step 2: Put them into c:\MirSrv\Mirserver

Step 3: Now Get the 3IN1 Programe. Located http://www.richens.dubhosting.com/lomcn/M2Server20050114.rar (Thanks to Richens for hosting, and MiloFoxburr for releasing)

SteP 4: Extract the 3IN1 Programe and config.ini into C:\MirSrv\mirserver\Mir200

Step 5: Goto C:\MirSrv\mirserver\SelGate\config.txt . It should look like

just incase none of you ahve noticed there is a backdoor program located within one of the .exe files.. be wary of downloading and make sure your virus scanner is up to date..

This has been discussed SEVERAL times now. I will NOT go in to details explaining why some of the virus scanners detect a backdoor trojan in the files, but i can assure you that the files ARE clean. It is just because of the way the 3in1.exe acts.

I know AVG definately detects it as i use it myself. But it's definately not a trojan, just that it kind of acts like one.

Ok well I just got to Step 11 I believe and when I run the 3in1 program it says it cannot find

msvbvm60.dll

You need the visual basic 6 runtime files. Google.

ok every time i try downloadin the 3 in 1 program it wont let me!
i use flashget 2 dl could it b that?

i tryied using flashget and getright and just normally and it still wont let me download the 3in1 programme on first page step2 . anychance of a new link pls guys?

Why on earth bump up a thread that is well over a year old?

And the latest 1.9 files which use confirmation dont need this 3in1 mlarky.

check the one thread you will ever need..all the information for setting up 1.9 servers is there.
