90% sure they would be mir3 made into mir2. Those are most common snow tiles going around. Useless to amateur mappers who don't know how to build objects, add attributes, and save custom object sets ,as well as making them work with korean files.

Ah.. so the map edit cant read them neither, preety much useless for maps then, unless somebody can open the .wil and export into a new .wil

There is, (hopefully) Once opened, need to be exported into a new non encrypted .wil, best actually to put onto end of an existing .wil (object1.wil) and rebuild them. I'm up for it, if i can get my hands on them, but untill then ill dream
