How do i repair this error ?

mainly to do with your pc resources and sql, how much ram do you have and what does it read as usage of ram when you get these messages ?

1.5 gig of ram ... dunno dont monitor got server there for testing, did a charwipe it stayed off for a bit now its decided sod this im gonna p!ss the host off

single core cpu? if your CPU is 100%, you have to lower the cpu priority of your game server.

As kaori said, open task manager, go to processes, right cick M2Server and set to LowPriority, then DBServer and set to RealTime.
