For some reason GT_Merchant just doesn't work, I've had a look at making a new NPC script for it but for some reason theres nothing to do with GuildTerritories in the NPC Commands Wiki Page.
Guild territories could be added with npc scripts using namelists and flags. I'm sure Jev has more than enough capability to think something up since he has the groundworks already from player housing
