Whats the website where I can d/l Euro Mir 3?

On my server 'Titan Server'..the weight of players reset :( . The max level is 255 and when players reach a level like 50 they bag weight/hand weight etc. all resets and then they can't carry dss/JudgementBlade etc :( . Anyone know how to fix? :(!

Why everytime I go to a mir3 server advistive. I see: NEW MAPS NEW MOBS NEW ETC. Sounds all great a stuff :) . And good connection etc. Makes me feel have a feeling that server great...then......... EXP x2! EXP x3! EXP x4! EXP x5! EXP x10! Can a freaking EI server with about x20 or x30...

kk I got a server called Titan..when you make a accout..login..and create Char. You Press Start..but the OK box barley shows and you got to keep doing this so OK box shows so you can play server. (OK box = Notice b4 joining). Any help will be nice :P.
