I wanna make a nice sig logo thingy but don't know where to start. What programs to people usally use for this kind of thing?

i got it in a zip file, with serial. if ya wnat ill put it on the ftp for u, but my upload rate is only 37k and its 160mb, not to mention i cant control other ppl dl stuff. but im sure a good 20kb/s is better and faster and more reliable than something off kazaa or emule.
