Same am really shocked on low rate, i may create one. I was thinking x20 server but with this out come i may lower it to say x3 - x5. What you think?

x 3 is a little to low for me, id prefer a x 10-15 server just to make sort of easy to hit level 40 then make it really hard from there.
IMO high rate should mean mobs are adapted to the high rate stats... therefore doesnt make it any easier.
I prefer low rate, but higher rate levelling.
I dont have time to spend hours and hours every day levelling, only to do 7% a day.
Id rather spend a few hours levelling, and get atleast near a decent level done.
But prefer lower stat items, none of this level50 with 420 DC

x3 is about as high as lowrate can be tbh... that's 40 easy, i dont know a lowrate that isnt x3

I agree, nothing worse than having a fight with a war with 650 DC Speed+20 Slow+90, and basically takes 3/4 of ur HP in 1 hit.
Or a tao with 400 SC so Pois and Curse fks you up.
I have how people make orbs drop constantly too.
Personally I wouldn't mind a low rate, but like I said, its got to be all unique, cba playing for Euro items lol. Or renamed items for that matter. Although, a server like Ragnars 1.9 one, Disturbia, I think it was called, one like that would be ****ing awesome. Loved that server.

High r8 low r8 there aint no difference what so ever.. lvl 100 could = level 2 it all depends what you have added, if its low r8 you want more items and with fewer levels in between, oposit for HR.
well on lw for you 2 you need to work =) on hr for lvl 100 you dont =))
my last word is that should be somewhere 15x , and med , with some nice features ( not subclass or other craps ) , no special repair ( basicly ruins the game ) , items to drop med-hard and gold well to be 1x ( not to get to bilions )

What would be pretty cool would be if a server could have a custom low amount of hp/mp added per level up rather than whats added at the moment. That way the levels could be high while keeping the item stats low and balanced.
