Looks to me like some people are still having problems setting 1.9 server files up on a router so i made this post to try and stop all the posts askin for help, here goes....

1st
Install a loopback like so

2nd
Ive setup some ini's that u just extract to c:/ all u need to do with these is change SERVER_NAME_HERE to your server name and NET_IP to your net/global ip address

3rd
Check that windows firewall or any other firewall is allowing connections to ports 7000 7100 7200

4th
Check that your router is forwarding ports 7000 7100 7200 to your computer

I think thats about all.
If i missed something let me know

Well it aint worked for me =/
i have installed a loopback
but when u try to log on u get Connection closed =/

not a good idea. as that ms loopback adapter is more for internal testing purposes only.

only reason you might want to use it...
you play on same server but your dsl/cable router gateway doesn't support loopback.

using loopback adapter also blocks a subnet entering your server.

how can i get loopback off my PC i have installed it =/

goto control panel then system then click the hardware tab then device manager then goto network adapters find the loopback then uninstall

i am followed every thing all my texts are set up but when u go to try and connect to it u just get Connection closed (i think )
but its all in chines can some 1 help me here plz

OK PPL LISTEN UP THIS WAY IT ****ING WORKS
SO Maximum server 1.9 will be going up with in the next 5 Days

well i dont see u makeing a server and if u did
well i dont think i will see any 1 on your ****TY SERVERS
Also if u think your good at Makeing servers well i will Chalange u to make a 1.9 servre ^_^

TBH. both of you are noobs (so am i :)), one is a cheater the other is a file thief. Neither of you know **** about making servers.

Really, well i want to see YOUR server beat 70 playercount (Foundation server ring a bell) ?

Actually it was 70. And well yes he did make it, when him and skyline were on the team, the playercount was about from 1-3 usually, 2-5 on busy days. Then after i joined the team, isnt it odd that the playercount started going up every day?

calm down...

this is supposed to be a Router Guide.

3g123's problem was that the ports were not opened on the router.
