Think he might meen like all characters, like when servers get messed up they start fresh or do a rewind. He wants a complete rewind i.e deleting characters and loggs?

if u want 2 delete chars + accounts go 2 mud2\DBSrv200 then open FDB delete everything in there then goto \mud2\Logsrv and delete everything in IDDB folder i might be wrong but i think thts how u do it
