I have seen a few posts on lomcn requesting help with routers, This is a basic guide to what i did:

1. Goto your router setup page and forward ports 3000 (Server Count)
7000 (LoginGate) 7100 (SelChrGate + LogSrv) 7200 (RunGate + DBServer)

2. Goto "Control Panel" --> "Add Hardware" --> Click Next --> Select "Yes, I have already connected the hardware" --> Scroll down and select "Add a new hardware device" --> Click Next --> Select "Install the hardware that i manually select from a list (Advanced)" --> Scroll to "Network adapters" --> Click Next --> Select "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" --> Click Next

3. Now that "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" is installed goto "Contol Panel" --> "Network Connections" and find the Loopback adapter, When you have found it right click and goto properties, Now on the "General" tab find "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and select it --> Click Next --> select "Use the following IP address" and setup as follows.

IP address: [Internet IP Address]
Subnet mask: {Will Auto Fill}
Default gateway: [Leave Blank]

4. In your server files set all the IP's to your internet IP address

Hope this little guide helps someone as i had alot of problems gettin my server online.

Cheers
Chris

Great stuff Riona! I haven't checked to see if it works, so I'd liek to hear some feedback, but it's definately nice of you to post a proper guide and how to sort it out.

Nice one Riona, that does work. I just tested it.

Another thing though, I still couldn't get people on the LAN to connect, so I added the 3 gates to one of the machines other than the server. I had to do this to the server files:

[Mir200]

!servertable.txt:
1 public_ip 7200 192.168.0.3 7205

[DBSrv200]
!serverinfo.txt:
192.168.0.1 192.168.0.1 7200
192.168.0.3 192.168.0.3 7205

[LogSrv]
!addrtable.txt
ServerName Line1-7 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.1 public_ip:7100
ServerName Line8-14 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.3 192.168.0.3:7100

Where 192.168.0.1 is my server and 192.168.0.3 is the client.

The 3 gates on the client machine have to be set to 192.168.0.1 (or the server private ip).

Have fun!

From your pic i would go to the Virtual Server option, you should be able to forward the ports in there.
