Shanda posted a teaser for their 11th Anniversary of Mir update. I don't know if many of you remember but Wemade originally designed Mir 3 as an expansion for Mir 2. It looks like Shanda is finally doing that.

Maps updated to 16bit and changed, Mobs updated, Armours etc. The whole she-bang.

Won't be a problem unless they change the client format... but i can see it happening, they done it to Mir3 sdo.

Looks great though, hopfully see Heroes using the update.

Looks really impressive, perhaps one of the main things mir 2 needs in some areas too. Hope it comes over to us but i'm sure you're already thinking of ways to make that happen. ^^

maps look lush, just if its same method, possibly the amount of animations could cause lagging on some lower spec servers full of mobs? Either way i need new pair of undies!!!!

looks nice, dont see how they can call it mudwall any more though lol, but that big rock's detail is just sex.

some other stuff on that site which i think is about the mir2 movie thats been in production for awhile now.

They seem to be comparing it to the likes of harry potter/ lotr/ 300/ band of brother lol.
