how can i make a new char starting level 30 i've setted at the !setup testlevel=30 but when im lower than that say im 20 , its automaticly changed it to level 30 any idea ? :fthrower: thanks in advance

i got this problem when i try to install SQL2000 says Error " A previous program installation created pending file operation on the installation machine. You must restart the computer before running setup." but i brought this computer is brand new and checked there's no sql2000 on my computer...
